Work Visa
Every year, thousands of international workers enter Canada with temporary work visas. Temporary work visa is for people who do not have permanent residence in Canada and are not Canadian citizens. Obtaining a work visa is one of the reliable ways to immigrate to Canada.
Conditions for obtaining a work visa
The first method:
The applicant must receive a job offer in the country of his choice. The foreign employer must advertise the job position he wants to attract local workers twice and each time for 3 months in the newspapers of that country. Finally, if a suitable person is not found among the natives of the destination country for that job position, the company will notify the Canadian Embassy and Labor Office of the request to search for suitable workers among foreigners or immigrants.
The second method:
The job applicant will be given a 6-month non-extendable opportunity to search for a job in Canada. It should be noted that all costs must be paid by the applicant. Having physical and mental health and confirmation of a clean background are important conditions for this method. Finally, the person must submit the authentic documents to the embassy.
